When Fed Ex merged with Kinkos, I questioned the compatibility of the two brands. Fed Ex being known for great efficiency and service, and Kinkos being known for the later - best portrayed in the Pop Copy skit by Dave Chappelle (I can't embed the video due to the bad language). I knew the merger was a response to UPS merging with Mailbox Etc., and there would be a push for individual retail strategies. But Kinkos? In the end, they kept the copiers.
